the sound quality sucks

It's a good start, but the sound quality sucks. You could also use a couple more quotes. Ren and Stimpy rule! It would also be nice if you could verify which character is saying what, since it's difficult to tell with some of the quotes.

Interesting Concept

Interesting concept, my friend. I've never seen a Flash game made purely of ASCII art. A little suggestion: Try to add a little more color. The white background gives the impression of a void.
